STRONGSVILLE CITY SCHOOLS EXCELLENT WITH DISTINCTION!

We are pleased to announce that for the first time, Strongsville City Schools has been designated as an “Excellent with Distinction” school district by the State Department of Education.

 

Specifically, the District met 26 out of 26 State Indicators, had a Performance Rating of 104.5, met the goals for Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP), and earned an “above” rating for Value-Added.  Value-Added represents student progress since last school year and an “above” rating means students achieved greater than one year of progress in a single year’s time.

 

I extend congratulations to our staff, students, Board of Education, and our community for a job very well done.
