    Stearns Violins in Hartville, Ohio specializes in everything related to bowed string instruments.  They sell instruments of all levels (student through professionas) and have rentals for all sizes.  They carry cases, bows, shoulder rests, strings, rosin, and much more.  If you need a bow rehaired, a new bridge cut, or major work done on your bowed string instrument, their luthiers are highly trained and highly recommended.  They will deliver to and from Strongsville Schools since they do most of the repairs and maintenance of our school owned fleet of cellos and basses.  A must shop location when looking at upgrading to a step-up instrument.

    Need to order one of Beethoven's late String Quartets or a first trumpet part for Rimsky-Korsakov's "Russian Easter Overture?"   Luck's Music Library is one of the largest publishers of original, orchestral and string reperatoire in the world.  They own the exclusive publishing rights to many of the "standards" by well-known composers.   Even if you do not need to purchase anything, this is a fun site to explore.

    Need music for Solo and Ensemble Contest or a wedding gig?  J.W. Pepper is one of the largest Music distributors in the country.  They have a vast selection of solo music, ensemble music, church music, and ensemble music of all genres and types.  Their thorough website allows you to search via title, composer, genre, or instrumentation; making shopping easy and fast.  Many of their selections allow you to view scores and parts, or listen via MP3.  This is a great site for music shopping.

    This regional music stores offers a wide array of products for all your musical needs including instruments, cases, tuners, metronomes, etc. Rettig's Music services the SCS String and Band Program offering high quality rental instruments and weekly visits to the music staff at Strongsville High School. They offer good deals for those looking for "step-up" instruments. If you can not make it to Westlake, save yourself some time and have Rettig's Music deliver directly to SHS (you will have to prepay online of course).  They offer affordable rental instruments in all sizes (Violin, Viola, Cello and Bass).  They have two area stores in Brunswick and Westlake.  Their Brunswick location provides private lesson instruction on all instruments!

    Shar Music sells string instruments, bows, cases, sheet music, strings, and string-related products and accessories. You can place yourself on their mailing list to receive their free catalog throughout the year. They have some of the most competitive prices for replacement strings (even with the shipping), so make sure you check them out before purchasing.   They allow you to order bows and  instruments "on approval" so that you may try them out before purchasing.   They carry many recommended makes/models of stringed instruments.  You definatly want to consider Shar when purchasing an step-up instrument.

    This popular store offers the woodwind, brass, and percussion musician everything he or she needs including instruments, cases, reeds, mouthpieces, music, tuners, accessories, etc at very affordable and competitive prices. They are perhaps one of the better known supplier of woodwind and brass instruments in the country. You will definately want to check them out when shopping for a new instrument!

    This local music store offers a wide range of string instruments, bows, cases, rosin, shoulder rests, rock stops, strings, and much more.  They provide rental instruments in all sizes of violins, violas, cellos, and basses. They have electric stringed instruments such as Mark Wood models.   They also offer private lesson instruction on all instruments.  Located in North Royalton they are quick, convenient, and fast!
