• BERRY RIDICULOUS SMOOTHIE:
     
    - 1/3 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk
    - 2/3 Cup Plain Almond Milk
    - 1.5 TBSP mixture of wheat germ, chia seeds, ground flax seed (I keep this frozen)
    - 1/2 large frozen banana
    - 1/3 cup dry oatmeal
    - 1 frozen cube of kale/spinach/avocado **
    - 8 oz container of blueberry Chobani Yogurt
    - 1 oz acai juice ( I buy Dynamic Health acai online at Vitacost)
    - a little over 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    - 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
     
    ** These cubes are a bit complicated.  I buy the largest bag of spinach and kale that I can find, along with 4 avocados.  I put 2.5 cups of water in a blender along with 2 avocados.  This is done while 1/2 of the bag of kale and 1/2 of the bag of spinach are steaming for 10 minutes.  Once steamed, all of this gets thrown into the blender.  I dump the mixture into ice cube trays and cover with foil.  The process is repeated for a 2nd batch.  It makes about 5 full ice cube trays.
     
    This process may seem a bit lengthy so you can easily buy some baby spinach and throw a handful in the smoothie as a replacement.
     
     
     HAWAIIAN ADVENTURE:
    - 1/2 cup coconut milk
    - 1/2 cup almond milk
    - 1 full orange
    - 1/2 large frozen banana
    - 1/3 cup dry oatmeal
    - 1.5 TBSP wheat germ, chia seeds, ground flaxseed (frozen)
    - 2 frozen cubes of sweet potato/butternut squash $$
    - 1/2 container of peach chobani yogurt mixed with 1/2 container of mango yogurt
    - 4 frozen strawberries
    - 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
     
    $$ Sweet potatoes get baked for 1 hour at 425 degrees.  I cut off the ends and throw in two potatoes along with 1/2 of the butternut squash "meat".  This is mixed with two cups of water and poured into icecube trays.  The process is doubled.
     
    Chocolate Covered Strawberry
    - 1/2 cup soy milk
    - 1/2 cup almond milk
    - 1.5 TBSP wheat germ, chia seeds, ground flaxseed (frozen)
    - 1/2 cup chocolate granola
    - 1/2 large frozen banana
    - 8 oz container of Chobani strawberry yogurt
    - 6 frozen strawberries
    - small handful of baby spinach
    Cherry Peach Cobbler
    - 1/3 cup vanilla soy milk
    - 2/3 cup almond milk
    - 1/2 large frozen banana
    - 1.5 TBSP wheat germ, chia seeds, ground flaxseed (frozen)
    - 8 oz peach yogurt
    - 2/3 cup honey granola
    - 1/2 cup frozen cherries
    - 1 cube of sweet potato/squash mixture
    - a little bit of cinnamon.  It is hard to recommend the amount everyone can handle
