You may have noticed large planters of Alberta spruces at the entryways of Strongsville High School (12 planters total). Adding curb appeal at the high school was part of the Phase II beautification project through P.R.I.D.E. This organization, headed by Mrs. Terri Harbart, received a partial grant and discussed with Mr. Smithberger, head principal, what to do with the funds. The grant was used to make each entrance and part of the west end of the school more appealing by adding greenery. Petitti's Garden Center of Strongsville stepped up to also donate plants to this project, giving the high school a fresh new look for the start of the 2013-2014 school year. Pictured below are some of Petitti's finest (Michael, Karen, and Bob) working hard to deliver and organize plants for this beautification project on August 8th.
