CERTIFIED EXTERNAL APPLICANTS:   To create a pre-employment file, please complete the online application by clicking "Start an Application," below.   We recommend attaching the following information to your file:  Cover Letter; Resume; Teaching License; Transcripts; Praxis or Pearson scores; 3 letters of Reference with name, address, phone and email information.  Once your application has been created click the, "View Vacancies," link below.  To attach your application to a posting (sign in), click the, "Submit," button on the posting.  Once these steps have been completed a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in your application.

CLASSIFIED INTERNAL APPLICANTS (OAPSE Members ONLY):  To apply for an internal posting only current OAPSE employees may apply via the Classified Application.   Please click, "Start an Application," and fill out your name and personal information.  In step 2 choose:  "Yes, I am currently an employee of the Strongsville City Schools".  In Step 4 choose the vacancy you are interested in.  In Step 5 please fill in all experience, including experience with Strongsville.  In Step 6 please type in any relevant experience and skills you have for this position.  Then SUBMIT.  You will receive a confirmation email to the email address given in Step 1.

CLASSIFIED EXTERNAL APPLICANTS (Including District Substitutes):  Please click, "Start an Application," and fill out the online application.   In Step 2 please choose, "No, I am not an employee of the Strongsville City Schools."  Please attach a resume, aide permit (Aide positions), CDL information (Bus Drivers), or college transcripts (any position).  These items are not mandatory to apply. 

COACHING / EXTRACURRICULAR SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACTS (All Applicants): Please use the Non-Certificated application available on Appli-Track.  Strongsville City Schools employees are to use the INTERNAL application.  All other applicants must use the EXTERNAL application.  Please remember to answer the posting specific questions that will appear when you apply.  To complete your application please remember to EDIT your application and SUBMIT each time you apply.

SUMMER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS:  Please apply via Appli-Track using the online application.

Please NOTE:  There are two ways to apply within the application on AppliTrack:

  • Applicant Pools = Position Desired (You are not actually applying to a posting)
  • Position Desired = You must "submit" at the end to be added to the posting group.

NOTE:  If your qualifications meet our needs, we will contact you for further information and a possible interview.  Due to time constraints we are unable to verify that your application has been received.  Your application will be retained in active status for two school years, although you must apply for each position that you are interested in.
