Mr. Bill Wingler
Strongsville High School Principal
Bill Wingler became the Strongsville High School Principal in 2020. Wingler manages and supports 115 teachers, 60 support staff, and 2,000+ students in grades nine through twelve.
Before becoming the Principal of Strongsville High School Mr. Wingler was the Principal of Brooklyn High School where he has served since 2017. Before working in Brooklyn, he was a Principal of a K-8 school in Cleveland. Mr. Wingler worked as a special education teacher with the Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities, as well as Bay Village prior to moving into administration. In addition, Mr. Wingler has a psychiatric nursing background and is a registered nurse who continues to practice on an as needed basis. He is a Strongsville resident with students attending Strongsville City Schools.
