SCS Food Services - Notice to Bidders

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Strongsville City School District will be receiving sealed bids until Tuesday April 19, 2022 at 11:00 AM at The Strongsville City Schools Administrative Offices, 18199 Cook Ave, Strongsville, Ohio 44136, and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter, for the following project:

Strongsville City Schools Food Service – Food Service Management Company Cost Reimbursement
18199 Cook Ave, Strongsville, Ohio 44149

In accordance with the Specifications prepared by Strongsville City Schools (the SFA) as outline in the Ohio Department of Education Sample Food Service Management Company Request for Proposal / Contract Cost Reimbursement. The Food Service Management Company (FSMC) shall operate in conformance with the SFAs Permanent Agreement/Policy Statement with ODE.

Copies of the Proposal may be obtained from the Strongsville City School Administrative Offices at 18199 Cook Ave, Strongsville, Ohio, 44149 beginning March 17, 2022 during regular business hours. The proposal may also be obtained by email at ganagnostou@scsmustangs.org.  

A pre-bid conference will be held April 4, 2022 at 09:30 AM at The Strongsville City School Administrative Offices, 18199 Cook Ave, Strongsville, Ohio, 44149. It is MANDATORY that bidders attend the pre-bid conference.

Bids must be submitted as outlined in the Request for Proposal. If the Strongsville City School District determines to award the contract, the School District will award it based the Award Criteria as outlined in the Request for Proposal and as determined in the discretion of the School District. The School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
