  • Nearly 5,500 students participate in an exciting classroom atmosphere supported by an accredited, comprehensive curriculum, diverse student activities and clubs, engaging teachers, and committed support staff

  • Safe and well-maintained facilities and grounds include one (1) preschool, five (5) neighborhood elementary schools (grades K-5), one (1) middle school (grades 6-8), and one (1) high school (grades 9-12) with planetarium
  • New Strongsville Middle School opened August 2016
  • Completion of Strongsville High School renovation (January, 2017)
  • Completion of preschool renovation as well as critical repairs and upgrades to elementary buildings

  • $81 million bond issue passed November 2012 for construction/renovation projects (new middle school / renovations to high school and preschool)
  • Nationally recognized financial reporting for five straight years (FY16 - FY20):
    • Recipient of the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) Meritorious Budget Award for budget presentation
    • Recipient of the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting for the District's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)
    • Recipient of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the District's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) 2019-2020
