Strongsville, OH (February 3, 2017) - Larry Laird has resigned his position as Strongsville High School Head Varsity Football Coach. Administration will be meeting with the current members of the Mustangs football team this afternoon.

Strongsville City Schools would like to thank Coach Laird for his commitment to the football program and for his hard work and dedication over the past three years. The District wishes him well in his future endeavors.

The search for a new head coach will begin immediately. Strongsville City Schools is committed to finding the best coach to guide the Mustangs high school football program. The administration has developed a process for hiring and transitioning to a new coach and will be sharing additional information with families in the football program early next week.
